As
AI Agent Orchestration Specialist
, your main objective will be to orchestrate Edflex's AI agents — translating the needs of our business teams (CSM, Learning, Tech & Product, Sales, Support) into automated, multi-agent workflows — and drive measurable impact across the organisation.
💙 Your main responsibilities will be...
On a day-to-day basis, your main responsibilities will include (non-exhaustive list!):
- Prioritise and deploy AI use cases
— from our AI tracker (ARR/productivity impact), you will design, prototype and ship AI agents: internal automations, client-facing agents, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Integrate agents across the Edflex ecosystem
— connect agents with HubSpot, Planhat, Slack, our SaaS platform and internal APIs to create seamless, end-to-end automation.
- Architect multi-agent workflows
— build pipelines combining e.g. a curation agent, a recommendati
