You will be a key pillar of our innovation strategy
, helping us ship future-proof products in the age of AI.
Your mission
- Lead the end-to-end AI lifecycle: You'll take ownership of AI-powered features from initial concept and technical design through to production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Build and deploy advanced AI models: You will design and deploy a wide range of deep learning models. This includes fine-tuning LLMs, implementing techniques like RAG, and engineering the MCP servers that feed them relevant, real-time information.
- Engineer for performance: You'll develop and optimize scalable, low-latency inference services to ensure a seamless user experience across all models.
- Collaborate for user impact: You will work closely with product, backend, and DevOps teams to integrate cutting-edge models into user-centric, production-ready sol
