Job Description
🎯 Mission of the Role
Reporting directly to the
Chief Transformation Officer
, the AI Ops Manager will be the core execution engine for AI adoption across SeLoger. Your mandate covers both our business and corporate functions (Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, HR) and our Product, Data, and Tech (PDT) teams.
We are not looking for a high-level strategist who just makes slides, nor a pure machine learning research engineer. We need a
hands-on builder
. You will master and optimize our internal AI ecosystem—which includes
Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini
—to build internal prompt libraries, design clear team assessment frameworks, and ship custom AI workflows that unlock massive daily efficiency.
🏆 Key Responsibilities
- Build AI Infrastructure & Tooling
Own the foundation that makes everything else possible. You are accountable for the tools, systems, and standards that the rest of the org will build on.
- Own, manage, and continuously optimize the rollout of our generative AI stack — Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini — across all business and PDT teams.
- Build, curate, and maintain SeLoger's centralized Internal Prompt Library: high-performing, versioned prompt standards covering all major business and technical use cases.
