About the role
We are looking for an experienced AI Product Builder to help us design, launch, and scale AI-powered travel experiences. You will be responsible for transforming AI capabilities into real user value. We are looking for someone who has already built and launched AI products powered by LLMs and can bridge product thinking, conversational UX, prompt engineering, evaluation, and technical implementation.
You will work closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to define and deliver AI features that improve user experience and business performance.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Discovery
- Identify high-impact AI opportunities across the traveler journey
- Define use cases, hypotheses, and success metrics
- Prioritize AI initiatives based on user value and business impact
- Translate business problems into AI-powered product solutions
Conversational & AI Experience Design
- Design conversational flows and user journeys
- Define prompting strategies and system behaviors
- Improve recommendation quality and user satisfaction
- Collaborate with Product Designers to create intuitive AI experiences
LLM Development & Optimization
- Build and iterate prompts
- Define evaluation frameworks and testing methodologies
- Analyze model outputs and continuously improve quality
