GreenYellow aims to accelerate the deployment of artificial intelligence to improve its operational performance, productivity and capacity for innovation. To support this ambition, the Group is creating an

AI Transformation Lead

position, responsible for turning AI opportunities into tangible business outcomes across the Group.

Working at the crossroads of business, technology and transformation, the

AI Transformation Lead

will be responsible for

• structuring the Group's AI governance
• identifying and delivering the most value-creating AI and Data Science use cases;
• accelerating the adoption of Copilot and the Microsoft ecosystem;
• developing capabilities and leading the AI community across the Group

The role will work closely with CODE (the Group-level entity responsible for Operations and Digitalisation), our IT teams, and the various BUs and business functions.

Key responsibilities

Orchestrate AI governance

• Organise the collection, assessment and prioritisation of AI initiatives, and build a shared AI roadmap.
• Lead the network of AI representatives and promote the replication of solutions across entities.
• Ensure consistency in technology choices and compliance with security, confidentiality and responsible AI requirements.
• Monitor progress, resources deployed and benefits achieved.
