This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we’ve announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. As
Enterprise AI Transformation Lead
, you will define and drive ABB Robotics' enterprise AI strategy, focused on how AI transforms our internal business, processes, decisions and ways of working to create measurable business value and organizational transformation. Working across Business Lines and Functions, you will identify, prioritize, and scale high-impact AI opportunities that accelerate growth, increase productivity, enhance customer value, and improve organizational effectiveness.
You will establish the enterprise AI roadmap, governance framework, and investment priorities, ensuring AI initiatives move beyond experimentation and deliver sustainable business outcomes. As a key driver of business transformation, you will help shape how AI changes the way ABB Robotics works, makes decisions, and creates value across the organization.
The location of the position is within Europe.
