The AI systems everyone is talking about are trained and tested by real mental health experts. The teams building them need psychologists and psychiatrists who can create realistic clinical scenarios, judge how well the AI handles psychological content, write the answer a qualified professional would give, and explain where the AI falls short. Your judgment helps shape the next generation of models, including their handling of clinical context and differences in culture and language. This is that work, done remotely around your current role.

What you'll do

• Create and review realistic psychological case studies and assessments for AI training datasets

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical scenarios and therapeutic dialogues for accuracy, relevance and clinical appropriateness

• Write clear, evidence-based improvements to psychological content and explain complex concepts in plain language

• Review model outputs for bias, factual errors and problems with cultural or language context, then document what you find

Who this is for

• An MD paired with a completed psychiatry residency, or a Ph.D. in Psychology

• Experience working in clinical practice, conducting psychology or psychiatry research, or teaching in higher education

• Advanced English communication skills together with professio
