Are you an experienced Change & Adoption Specialist with hands-on Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment experience?

emagine has an opportunity for you to drive the adoption and rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot for a global enterprise, working with a global team.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in digital transformation, change management, adoption, learning or related roles.
• Hands-on experience supporting at least one Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment or adoption programme (strongly required).
• Strong content development skills: presentations, guides, FAQs and tutorials.
• Confident live facilitation for international audiences, in English.
• Analytical mindset: you can turn feedback and adoption data into recommendations.
• Advantage: experience with Copilot agents, Agent Builder and the wider Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communications, Digital Transformation, Information Systems, Change Management or a related field.

About The Opportunity

• Join a dedicated AI and Generative AI team that delivers value with speed and agility, with compliance, ethics and guardrails built in.
• You will report to the AI Change Lead, who owns the overall change strategy. Your focus is execution and delivery, backed by your Copilot expertise.
• The first priority is onboarding and engaging pilot/beta user communities around selected business use cases. A broader rollout follows.

Tasks & Deliverables

• Turn the change strategy into user journeys, communications, onboarding activities and adoption initiatives.
• Prepare and coordinate pilot user onboarding: invitations, welcome emails, materials, sessions and follow-ups.
• Own and keep improving user-facing content: presentations, quick guides, FAQs, tutorials and communication assets.
• Deliver onboarding, awareness and training sessions for different user groups and AI maturity levels.
• Support use case adoption and document relevant use cases.
