Role Description
The Product Manager Data & AI will lead the definition and implementation of data-driven and AI-powered features for the Alumnforce platform. In this full-time, hybrid role based in Paris, with some flexibility for working from home, the person in this position will collaborate with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to translate user needs into product requirements and prioritize the roadmap. Daily tasks include analyzing usage data, identifying opportunities for personalization, recommendation engines, and automation, and validating hypotheses through experiments and user feedback. The role also involves writing clear specifications, coordinating delivery with technical teams, and ensuring high-quality releases that align with business goals and customer expectations. The Product Manager will monitor performance of data and AI features, iterate based on measurable outcomes, and contribute to overall product strategy and communication with stakeholders.
