Senior AI Engineer with a Founding Engineer mindset
to join an innovative project focused on transforming complex geological and engineering data into intelligent, structured, and interactive systems. You will build end-to-end solutions — from scraping and ingesting large-scale geological datasets to orchestrating AI agents, developing AI/ML pipelines, and rendering complex insights through interactive 3D interfaces.
You will work at the intersection of AI, Knowledge Graphs, Computer Vision, large-scale data processing, and 3D visualization , helping automate the understanding of engineering documentation and transform unstructured information into simulation-ready models and actionable insights.
In this role, you will have significant ownership across the technical stack, from data ingestion and AI workflows to backend services and user-facing applications. You will collaborate closely with engineers and domain experts to turn complex requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions.
You will become a key member of a multidisciplinary team working on intelligent engineering systems, contributing to both the technical direction of the product and its evolution from early-stage concepts into working solutions.
Core Skills You’ll Bring
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and backend development
- Practical experience with LLMs, VLMs, and AI frameworks such as LangChain, HuggingFace, or similar
- Experience building and orchestrating AI agents and agentic workflows
- Hands-on experience with Knowledge Graphs and graph databases, particularly Neo4j
- Experience with vector databases such as Qdrant, Pine
