Team: Product & Customer Marketing Reports to: SVP, Product & Customer Marketing Level: Senior Manager Own the messaging system that carries Birdeye — and make it hold in every deck, page, keynote, customer pitch, and analyst call The messaging architecture. One source of truth, from the top-line narrative down to individual agents. You keep the hierarchy clean, the proof cleared, and the register right for four very different rooms: board, sales, analysts, customers Outcome-aligned PMM. We are moving the team from product-aligned to system-aligned: a PMM per outcome — Win AI Visibility, Book Appointments, Drive Consistent CX Analyst and category work. Briefing narratives, evaluation responses, category placement. Enterprise buyers read the grids before they take the call Birdeye View. Our annual customer conference is where the narrative gets its stress test in front of thousands of people.
