Location: You can apply to work at Qonto as long as you're living in (or willing to relocate to) France, Germany, Spain, or Italy. This role is hybrid or remote.

Join us as a Staff Product Engineer to build Qonto's AI Software Factory

. You'll start with autonomous bug resolution, aiming to fix every bug within 48 hours. You'll work under the guidance of Laetitia, our AI Core Team Lead.

What you'll do

• Own the product direction of our AI Software Factory: You'll decide what we build next and which solutions we offer engineers, acting as the product manager of the tool.
• Understand your users: You'll learn how engineers work, run 5 whys on their problems, and check that the tool fits their day.
